My Favorite Nonstick Loaf Pan
Wednesday, September 30th, 2009Even during the heat of the summer, I like making my own breads and dessert breads. I think part of the reason is because bananas seem to get over ripe so fast during the summer, so instead of wasting the bananas, we make banana pancakes, muffins, and breads. The muffins and breads are perfect for breakfast or snacks – I like to add them to the kids lunch boxes as a special treat too. Now we’ll start moving onto to more cakes and breads too, like pumpkin bread and cranberry walnut pound cake. I have a variety of baking pans for these tasks, both mini pans and full size. One of my favorite pans is one my sister had given me as a gift last year, a Kaiser Bakeware La Forme Springform Nonstick Loaf Pan. (more…)
